		<description>Harold - this is great that your sharing your thoughts as you think this through.  One thought I have is about your graphic on page 6 of your slideshow where seek is the 1st step in your process.

Should seek be the first step or are you taking the sense making process from the seek phase?   We try to make sense of things that we didn’t seek.  A situation has caught your attention (e.g., conversation, picture, word, event) and you need to make sense of this.  What about something like “recognize” or “identify”.
