Therefore we turn to our friends and trusted colleagues who we think might know the answer,

who are those with whom we&#039;ve shared experiences,

and get a reality check if we are on the same page or discuss our differences in understanding (or argue as the case might be) til we come to agreement,

which means that we need to share experiences and engage in discussions in order to trust each other.

I think without recognizing that we give &quot;expertise&quot; status to different people and without recognizing that trust comes from engaging in dialogue with others and both being respected and respecting others enough to speak and listen when there is a gap in understanding.</description>
