		<description>I think there may be a few roles actually. As we transform the &#039;training department&#039; into a &#039;connecting &amp; communicating&#039; hub, the former LMS Administrator(s) may in fact become Community Managers, but others within the org (like a sage on the stage trainer) may become a &#039;Connection Coach&#039;, or a &#039;Collaboration Consultant&#039;, or a &#039;Community Captain&#039;, etc.

We need to rethink all roles, not just the Community Manager. (although I know you are not stating this Harold - just furthering the transition notion)</description>
