Hi Harold,

You might want to take a look at b2evolution.net – it’s an open source blogging platform like WordPressMU. But the difference is that it’s got multi-user, multi-blog capability built-in from the ground-up.

I’ve used it for years. It’s got a very active development community. I’d recommend it strongly.
