Spheric has had the chance to play with it in the early stages. It has the beginnings of a solid solution but currently lacks a few key features, including invites, groups and a few other items. We are excited to see the future of the product since it's a big part of what we do and the future of the industry.

That's great news, Dave. As you know, I have been a long-time supporter of the Elgg project.

Hi Harold,

While Elgg did make its name within Education, it is expanding rapidly into other areas; we have just announced the securing of a very large project within financial services with more coming shortly. So I for one, am feeling very confident about the future. It is worth remembering that these things take time.

Cheers.
