		<description>Holding back on the training also ensures that when you do provide it, you provide it where it&#039;s needed, since the intervening period will bring the problem areas floating to the top. It will also give users the opportunity to identify creative work-arounds. It&#039;s an approach I&#039;m adopting for a project at the moment - it&#039;s not going over well with the client!!</description>
